General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activities when entering into a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Zefi Beauty GmbH.
By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept our offer by clicking the order button for the items in your cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract is available in the following languages: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €69.00.
You also have the option to pick up your order at Zefi Beauty GmbH, Franz-Joseph-Str. 40, 80801 Munich, Germany, during the following business hours: 09:30 - 17:30.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- Bank Transfer (Prepayment): You will receive our bank details in a separate email, and the goods will be shipped after payment is received.
- Credit Card: By placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After verification, the transaction is automatically processed, and your card is charged.
- Klarna PayNow (Credit Card & Direct Debit): Payments are processed automatically upon shipment. For direct debit, a SEPA mandate is required, and Klarna will inform you in advance before debiting your account.
- Sofort by Klarna: You will be redirected to Sofort GmbH’s website to complete the payment using online banking credentials.
- Invoice via Klarna: Available only for consumers. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- PayPal & PayPal Plus: You will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete the transaction. PayPal also offers additional payment options like credit card and invoice payment.
- Apple Pay & Google Pay: Requires activation of the respective service on your device. Transactions are processed immediately after placing the order.
- Amazon Pay: You will be redirected to Amazon to complete your purchase using stored payment and shipping details.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these issues immediately to the carrier and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights, but it helps us claim damages from the carrier.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless explicitly stated otherwise below, statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods: If defects appear after one year from delivery, warranty claims are excluded. Defects occurring within one year from delivery can be claimed within the standard two-year statutory limitation period.
These limitations do not apply to claims resulting from:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty or fraud
- Violations of essential contractual obligations (so-called "cardinal obligations")
- Any agreed-upon guarantees
- Cases falling under product liability law

9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- Injury to life, body, or health
- Intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty
- Any agreed-upon guarantees
- Cases covered by product liability law
For slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typically occurring in such cases. All other claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
